Exchange deadline
You have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange or return. The item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
How to request
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email (suporte@dentorall.com.br) with your order number and the reason. Our team replies within 24 business hours.
Accepted reasons
We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects, wrong size or an item different from the order. For size exchanges by customer choice, the item must be unused.
Return shipping
For manufacturing defects, return shipping is on us. For size exchanges by customer choice, shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Refund
The refund is processed within 30 days after we receive and review the returned item. It is always issued to the same payment method used, and may take a few business days to appear depending on the provider.
